- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during the implementation process, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Train clients on how to use and maximize the value of ProQuest products, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the technology.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative and cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Consulting Or Implementation Role, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Internal Teams.
Proficiency In Relevant Technologies And Software, Such As Crm Systems, Project Management Tools, And Database Management.
