4. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify any vulnerabilities in the IAM system and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest security threats and industry best practices in IAM, and proactively implement them within the organization.
6. Monitor and analyze security incidents related to IAM and take prompt action to prevent future occurrences.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
8. Lead the implementation and integration of new IAM tools and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
9. Provide technical guidance and support to the team members on IAM-related issues and initiatives.

11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure our IAM systems are up-to-date and secure.
12. Participate in security incident response and recovery efforts related to IAM systems.

14. Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes, tools, and technologies to keep pace with evolving security threats and business needs.
15. Mentor and train team members on IAM security best practices and procedures.
