Customer Service Renewal Specialist

As a Customer Service Renewal Specialist here at ProQuest, you will support customer inquiries about their renewals, send renewal notifications, support the EasyRenew program, and any number of other requests that come directly from customers. You will work cross-functionally with the Sales teams, Customer Service team, and the Customer Relationship Managers who are partnered with our clients. Maintain global customer renewal notification program, coordinating with sales teams to account for regional variations in the program. Works with segment planning, marketing, sales, and pricing to implement program attributes including messaging, form design, and system implications. Maintains within SalesForce.com detailed notes, quotes, and relevant information on each maintenance support renewal account. Analyzes data and creates reports and dashboards showing renewal rates and other metrics in SalesForce.com.
