At ProQuest, we are looking for an experienced and customer-driven Customer Care Advisor to join our team. The Customer Care Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a deep knowledge of ProQuest products and services. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Maintain strong customer relationships and solve customer issues quickly and efficiently. • Demonstrate a deep knowledge of ProQuest products and services. • Remain up-to-date on all ProQuest products and services. • Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple customer inquiries. • Develop strategies and processes to ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor customer feedback and provide timely follow-up. • Proactively address customer inquiries and complaints. • Work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
