We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for our Medtech division. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the fast-growing Medtech industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders. We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual with a strong background in Medtech sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth for ProQuest's Medtech division.
  2. Identify and target potential clients and partners within the Medtech industry.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including academic, corporate, government, public, and school libraries.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Medtech industry.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently demonstrating strong sales performance.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ProQuest's products and services, as well as the Medtech industry and its competitive landscape.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for ProQuest's Medtech solutions, providing expert knowledge and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, trends, and best practices to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  10. Represent ProQuest at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to promote our Medtech solutions and build brand awareness.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress, and market insights to senior management.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes, sales techniques, and customer satisfaction to achieve business goals.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for ProQuest, promoting our values, mission, and vision to external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development Within The Medical Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competition Within The Medtech Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Strategic Business Plans To Drive Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Networking Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Industry.
