
Associate Product Manager (Intellectual Property)

- Collaborate with the Intellectual Property team to develop and maintain a deep understanding of ProQuest's products and services, as well as the needs and goals of our customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the intellectual property industry.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, outlining short and long-term goals for product development and enhancement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide product training and support to ensure successful product adoption by customers.
- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions on product improvements and enhancements.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and regulations related to intellectual property and make recommendations for product updates and enhancements as needed.
- Act as a product expert and provide support to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, and customer support teams.
- Continuously evaluate and improve product processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent ProQuest at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and services and gathering insights to inform product strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in technology and intellectual property industry to ensure ProQuest's products and services remain competitive and relevant.
- Adhere to project budgets and timelines, and communicate any risks or delays to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador for ProQuest, promoting our values and mission both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Intellectual Property Industry
Proficiency In Understanding And Interpreting Intellectual Property Laws And Regulations
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present To Stakeholders.
