Associate Product Manager (Intellectual Property)

1. Collaborate with the Intellectual Property team to develop and maintain a deep understanding of ProQuest's products and services, as well as the needs and goals of our customers.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the intellectual property industry.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
4. Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
5. Develop and maintain product roadmaps, outlining short and long-term goals for product development and enhancement.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide product training and support to ensure successful product adoption by customers.
7. Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions on product improvements and enhancements.
8. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
9. Monitor industry trends and regulations related to intellectual property and make recommendations for product updates and enhancements as needed.
10. Act as a product expert and provide support to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, and customer support teams.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve product processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
12. Represent ProQuest at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and services and gathering insights to inform product strategy.
13. Stay up-to-date on advancements in technology and intellectual property industry to ensure ProQuest's products and services remain competitive and relevant.
14. Adhere to project budgets and timelines, and communicate any risks or delays to stakeholders in a timely manner.
15. Act as a brand ambassador for ProQuest, promoting our values and mission both internally and externally.
