ProQuest is looking for an Associate Lead Software Engineer to join our team and help us further develop our industry-leading technology.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software, contributing to technical design and architecture, and leading a small team of Software Engineers. We’re looking for a passionate engineer who is excited to work with the latest technologies, while creating a productive and collaborative work environment.To be successful in this role, you need to have a minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including experience working with large-scale applications and leading a team. You must also have an in-depth understanding of software development methodologies and a proven track record of successful project delivery. You must be an excellent communicator who is able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to your team.
