Job Description

As an Associate Content Support Analyst at ProQuest, you will play a key role in supporting customer inquiries from customers around the world. You will have the opportunity to help customers find the answers they need and make sure they are satisfied with the experience. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly understand and resolve customer issues. You should be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks. A customer-service-oriented mindset is a must. The ideal candidate also has a degree in a related field and/or prior experience in a customer service setting.
