- Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of property damage claims, including assessing damages, determining coverage, and negotiating settlements.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for handling a high volume of claims while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
- Utilize expert knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and state laws to accurately determine coverage and liability for each claim.
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and third-party claimants by promptly responding to inquiries, explaining coverage and claims processes, and managing expectations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed claim records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective claims resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve claims handling processes and techniques.
- Mentor and train junior adjusters, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Handle complex and high-value claims, including those involving litigation and subrogation.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, promoting the brand and maintaining positive relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Property Claims Adjusting: A Senior Property Claims Adjuster - Field Must Have A Solid Background In Property Claims Adjusting, With A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Handling Complex Property Claims.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Procedures: This Position Requires A Deep Understanding Of Insurance Policies And Procedures, Including Coverage Limitations And Exclusions, As Well As State Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Senior Property Claims Adjuster - Field, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Policyholders, Contractors, And Other Parties Involved In The Claims Process.
