- Oversee and manage the property claims team, including hiring, training, and development of team members.
- Create and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure efficient and timely handling of property claims.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on property claims, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless claims experience for customers.
- Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, and implement changes as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep team members informed and engaged.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in property claims regulations to ensure compliance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric mindset.
- Continuously monitor and assess workload distribution to ensure a balanced and efficient workload for team members.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer service, and company values.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and achieve team goals and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by team members.
- Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Handling With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team Of Property Claims Adjusters.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team To Achieve Performance Goals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Property Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Claims Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Vendors, And Internal Stakeholders.
