- Supervise and manage a team of claims adjusters, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Review and approve property claims, ensuring they are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to address complex or escalated claims and find solutions that benefit both the company and the policyholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in property insurance policies and regulations, and incorporate this knowledge into daily operations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to inquiries and complaints from policyholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Finance, Or Insurance.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Handling, Preferably With A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Property Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Claims Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Coach A Team Of Claims Representatives.
Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Claims Processes And Outcomes.
