- Supervise and lead a team of property claims adjusters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure that all claims are processed accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
- Monitor claim volumes and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet service level agreements and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize strong attention to detail to review and approve claim settlements, identifying any potential issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including underwriting and legal, to resolve complex or high-value claims.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective resolution.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for team members.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Handling, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Property Claims Processes, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Coach And Develop A Team.
