Process and Business Consultant

We’re looking for a highly motivated and skilled Process and Business Consultant to join our team at Progressive. This role will require a talented individual who has the ability to rapidly assess business needs and develop tailored solutions that drive process improvement and growth. The successful candidate will have a passion for process development and implementation, and must be able to work autonomously with minimal direction.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Process Improvement or related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in a process improvement role. You must also have a comprehensive understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
