- Defend Progressive's insureds in a variety of litigation matters.
- Utilize legal expertise and knowledge of insurance defense to provide effective representation for clients.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal arguments and strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate case information to determine the best course of action.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.

Active License To Practice Law In The State Where The Position Is Located
Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Defense Litigation
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Policies And Coverage Issues
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills With The Ability To Effectively Advocate For Clients In Court And In Settlement Negotiations.
