  1. Provide administrative support to the claims team by handling various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims by reviewing and organizing claim documents and information.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related activities.
  4. Communicate with customers, agents, and other team members in a professional and courteous manner to provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Assist in managing incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and directing them to the appropriate team member.
  6. Collaborate with claims adjusters and other team members to expedite claims processing and resolution.
  7. Utilize company software and systems to accurately input and update claims data and information.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  9. Identify and report any potential issues or concerns in the claims process to the appropriate team member.
  10. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in claims handling.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company policies to ensure accurate and efficient claims processing.
  12. Maintain a high level of empathy and understanding towards customers while handling their claims and inquiries.
  13. Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  14. Act as a positive and professional representative of the company, promoting a positive image and brand reputation.
  15. Take on additional projects and tasks as assigned by the claims team leader or supervisor.
