Job Description

At Progressive, we are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Claims Adjuster Trainee. Our Claims Adjuster Trainees play a significant role in our organization by assisting with the assessment and processing of insurance claims. We are looking for someone who is excited to develop their knowledge and skills in the insurance industry and is passionate about delivering great customer service.To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a good understanding of claims management principles, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of state insurance regulations and have the ability to build trusting relationships with our customers.
