We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster – Attorney Represented Injury to join our team at Progressive. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate investigation and evaluation of personal injury claims with attorney representation. Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of Three Years' Experience As A Claims Adjuster

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws Pertaining To Liability Claims

  • Experience Working With Attorneys In Negotiating Settlements

  • Ability To Analyze Complex Claims And Develop Solutions
