  1. Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of vehicle damage, including gathering information from various sources such as photos, reports, and customer statements.
  2. Negotiate fair and reasonable settlements for vehicle repairs or replacements with customers and/or their representatives.
  3. Utilize knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to properly evaluate claims and make appropriate decisions.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and third-party vendors to provide updates and resolve any issues or concerns related to the claims process.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims and related activities, adhering to company and industry standards and regulations.
  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues and conflicts that may arise during the claims process.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient claims handling.
  9. Collaborate with team members and other departments to assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  10. Adhere to company guidelines and regulations regarding ethical conduct and confidentiality of customer information.
  11. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Auto Damage Appraisal Or Insurance Claims Handling.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Auto Repair Techniques And Estimating Software Such As Ccc One Or Audatex.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Repair Shops, And Other Involved Parties.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Make Sound Decisions While Managing A High Volume Of Claims.
