  11. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to automotive damage assessment and insurance adjusting.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claims and related activities.
  13. Collaborate with repair shops and other vendors to ensure timely and quality repairs for customers.
  14. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and suggest process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
