  1. Accurately assess and estimate damages to vehicles involved in accidents.

  3. Utilize knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards to determine fair and accurate estimates.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance agents, and repair shops to explain the damage assessment and estimate process.

  7. Negotiate and settle claims with customers and repair shops in a fair and timely manner.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in repair techniques to ensure accurate estimates.
  9. Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide exceptional customer service and achieve company goals.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  11. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  12. Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex claims and customer inquiries.
  13. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
  14. Remain organized and detail-oriented to ensure accurate and efficient claims processing.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Auto Damage Assessment And Claims Handling.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Auto Repair Procedures And Estimating Software, Such As Ccc One Or Audatex.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Repair Shops, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Handle A High Volume Of Claims While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
