Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Insurance.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Insurance Claims Adjusting, Preferably In The Auto Damage Field.
Strong Understanding Of Auto Repair Processes And Estimating Software, Such As Ccc One Or Audatex.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Conflicts.
Knowledge Of State Insurance Regulations And Policies, As Well As A Commitment To Maintaining Ethical Standards In The Claims Process.
