Combat Systems Lead Petty Officer
•	First-Line Supervisor responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the Combat Systems department ensuring continuous monitoring, operation, maintenance, and patching of installed systems.
•	Provided leadership and mentoring to personnel in successfully completing required training and certifications.
•	Responsible for developing timely and accurate training reports and employee yearly appraisals.

•	In collaboration with the Command Security Manager, developed and implemented enhanced traditional and physical security controls and administrative requirements, policies and procedures for the organization and organizational information systems.
•	Provided security oversight to information systems, which include coordinating and monitoring information system security measures; conducting risk analysis; conducting security control validations; evaluating system operations; and conducting configuration management audits.
•	Ensured compliance monitoring occurs and the results are reviewed. Notifying authorizing official of significant findings that could not be mitigated or remediated through normal maintenance or recommended corrective actions.
•	Served as a key member of the Configuration Management board.
•	Developed an incident response plan for reporting intrusions, incidents, and electronic spillages quickly and effectively.
•	Conducted periodic reviews of audit logs and archived audit records for abnormal events that require corrective actions.
•	Developed, submitted, and tracked cybersecurity letters, briefings and data packages.

Work Center Supervisor
•	Responsible for the scheduling, maintenance and tracking of information systems and associated network hardware, communication and cryptographic systems in accordance with command and Naval 3M program policies.
•	Responsible for maintaining 84 pieces of equipment to include server racks, virtual servers, switches, routers and cryptographic equipment.

Information Systems Security Manager

•	Responsible for the security of 3 Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence Information Systems their operation, connectivity, user access and other pertinent duties as assigned by the Information Systems Security Manager. 
•	Ensured network, system and data availability and integrity through preventative maintenance and upgrades.
•	Implemented company policies, technical procedures and standards for preserving the integrity and security of data, reports and access.
•	Recommended network security standards to management.
•	Ensured compliance with governing directives and instructions including command policies and community specific Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts. 
•	Implemented and validated 564 DISA STIGs to support the RMF accreditation of new messaging systems. 
•	Provided administrative and technical assistance to remote commands to support their RMF Accreditation and continuous monitoring activities.
•	Responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of security controls in accordance with the security plan (SP) and DoD/DON policies.
•	Served as a resource to users for all questions concerning classified systems.

Communication Watch Officer
•	Responsible for providing Tier 3 network and communications operational support to the deployed warfighter and intelligence analysts to support mission success.
•	Developed and briefed daily operational reports/briefs to executive leaders.
•	Responsible for the monitoring, management and corrective actions of data links providing critical communications to Intelligence Community organizations.
