Regulatory & Government Affairs Manager (Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department

Responsible for the LEA response team, Lawful Interception issues and Pakistan Telecom Authority coordination.
Act as the representative of the CMPak regulatory department in all external meetings with government departments/ministries and other telecom operators such as  WLL, LL, CMTOs.
Ensured the Enforcement of PTA with correspondent (Head Quarters and Regional Offices PTA i.e Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Muzzafrabad).
Focal Person in charge of the Consumer Protection Department for PTA HQ and Zonal Offices.
Responsible for the implementation of Numbering OMOs and fixed line operator.
Responsible for the tracking and submission of all regulatory payments.
Excellent understanding of providing vital Information to the LEAs.
Obtained approval from Government (Regulatory Authority/Ministry), provide assistance and facilitete different section in the company for timely implementation of proposals.

Assistant Manager (Public &Government Affairs) Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department

	Manage and coordinate on LI matters with designated agency and ongoing regulatory matters in order to fulfil the requirements of the regulatory authorities.
	Positive Influence across so many functions and businesses while trying to balance divergent objectives to gain the other function cooperation on program objectives and execution plans as well as developing businesses,  work on major projects, and ensure new product development, etc.
