Victor Solis is a long time co-worker and supportive person. A dedicated individual who knows the different between wrong vs right.  Victor understands the importance of accomplishing tasks while still maintaining a positive atmosphere. We worked together at Tyco (TE), but also attended the same community college by coincidence.  Victor served in the Marine Corps and completed 5 years as a Diesel Generator mechanic. 

My most important experience from Victor is his interpersonal skills and his values. He cares for those around him, but still keeps a professional and stern leadership.
