Vice President of Human Resources and Administration

Direct report to the President and acted on his behalf in his absence. Managed daily business operations and human resources for high profile non-profit museum in Santa Ana.  Responsible for financial management, negotiating contracts, exhibition and other agreements, immunity from seizure documentation, oversaw grant for the museum’s expansion and accreditation process, supervised all staff and volunteers and worked with the Board of Governors, Executive Board Committee, and Board Finance, Administrative Management and Facilities Committees to achieve the non-profit’s goals.
