*   Create and complete patient records by verifying patient information, and documenting patient examination, treatment, and test results. Enter data into an Electronic Health Records system and maintain a record of paper files to ensure accurate and organized patient files.
*   Prepare and maintain examination rooms while assisting health care providers. Manage cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and handling patient inquiries to provide excellent customer service, contributing to our consistent five-star ratings across all platforms.

Medical Assistant

*   Assists in schedule planning, conducting community events, and leads recreation activities.
*   Supervises and schedules established programs of play activities for children and adults, coordinating times and resources to maximize participation and engagement.

Recreation Leader

*   Administers minor first aid and performs specialized health procedures, adhering to all school district and state health regulations and protocols to promote a safe school environment.
*   Records and maintains student health data and files health records in a confidential manner.
*   Handles a range of clerical tasks, including data entry for health office visits, and assists in meeting students’ identified medical needs.
*   Fills in for Vietnamese Liaison, Noon Duty, and Instructional Assistant as needed.

Health Assistant

*   Contacted government officials' offices and researched City Council Members, State & Federal, Government Agencies, etc. to update data systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
*   Provided exceptional customer service at the front desk by assisting the general public with inquiries, including finding vital records and explaining the various services offered, guiding them through the processes, and resolving issues effectively to enhance their experience.
