• First point of contact for creative and media agencies, internal sales teams, external developers, internal engineering teams, and advertising
operations.
• Educate advertisers and agencies on Google Display and YouTube best practices, including the usage of platform tools, and understand and
articulate YouTube’s technical, policy and legal requirements.
• Ensuring impressions and clicks being tracked in ad server as well as in the third-party servers by implementing proper tracking macros
• Generating various weekly/monthly delivery reports and discrepancy reports that details campaign status and activity. Sending updated
reports to clients, issue resolution and resolving team members' concerns.
• Queue Management responsibilities and help in maintaining 100% TAT and Quality for the team.
• Provide support to the Google sales teams in APAC Region, prepare proposals and media plans, and ensure that reserve campaigns go live on
YouTube and the global display network.
• Provide internal support to the sales teams on all reserve buys. Equip sales with process and branding knowledge.
• Successfully co-ordinate the reservation process ensuring all campaign deadlines are met.
