Hi I'm Tessa Graves! I'm very passionate about health and wellness as I've been in the health and wellness field for the last 6 years. From professional to personal experiences I've able to help others improve their overall health. Being able to coach people to live optimal lifestyles keeps me motivated in this field.  I'm currently a Wellness Program Coordinator at WebMD Health Services  where I develop and implement wellness programs both onsite and virtually providing monthly health education information on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, and disease prevention. Preparing and delivering presentations and creating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. I am a visual learner, I successfully work both collaboratively and independently. Collecting and analyzing data to track program success and create reports to provide actionable insights to improve the program; from health assessments, biometric screenings, and directly communicating with the client population to tailor the wellness programs to the population I am servicing specifically. I coordinate wellness events and initiatives such as health fairs, wellness challenges, fitness challenges working with both internal and external vendors to create successful events.
