Hi, my name is Tatiana Novakovic; I came from Brazil for 4 years, and back in Brazil, I worked as a Marketing/Sales Market Director.

When I migrated to the United States, I began from scratch; my first position was as a Warehouse Associate at Amazon, and within 3 months, I was promoted to Associate Manager.

From there, I moved to J.P Morgan Chase as a Branch Manager-Trainee, and after passing all the requirements, training and tests, I got promoted to Vice President Branch Manager; this is my current role; I love what I do, but I am commuting to San Jose, due to the large amount of hours waited commuting I have made the decision to look for a new position located in San Francisco.

As a personality, I am fearless and proactive, and I am always willing to take on new challenges with open arms. These traits have helped me through my professional life and in leading my team. I can view things outside the box and am always willing to help. When it comes to teamwork and Leadership, I built an atmosphere of trust with my direct reports, which has helped cultivate a winning culture within my team. I am always intentional about elevating my skills, and I ensure that I stick to a process and schedule, which has helped me elevate my production. I am a self-starter, always trying to learn new methods to figure out a more efficient process.

I have many years working on hiring talents, and my most recent achievement was moving my branch from performance level 6 to performance level 2 by leading by example, sticking to the process, listening to the clues and tips from our Directors, and coaching my team constantly.
