As a Business Analyst at Deloitte from January 2021 to December 2022, I collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements, created and modified procedures to solve complex issues, and optimized models to improve performance. I designed and built Anaplan models from scratch, developing multiple planning solutions for Revenue, COGS, CapEx, OpEx, and Headcount models.
  
I solely managed a POC project to find the most suitable method for forecasting data and collaborated with the Data Science team to generate forecasts using artificial intelligence. I provided technical support for existing reports, dashboards, and other tools, and took responsibility for ALM management.
  
Leveraging forecasting models, I predicted future market trends and anticipated customer demand. I received an Outstanding award and two Applause awards for two consecutive quarters for on-time project delivery. I led user training and demo sessions to familiarize clients with the Anaplan platform and carried out multi-level User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
