I am an International Student from India. I recently graduated with Masters in Sports and Athletics Administration. I came to US in 2014 as an exchange Student. As a student in high school I was on school's wrestling and football team. Looking at the importance of sports in education I decided to pursue degree in Sports Management. In charge of ensuring that the fitness center opens and closes on time.
Ascertain the punctual arrival of lifeguards and customer service personnel.
Scan, archiving, and completing the sportsmanship forms from the previous evening's intramural games.
Printing and organizing the scoresheets for the intramural games.
Make routine checks of the entire facility to make sure there are no anomalies.
Respond to requests for reservations made by different school groups and organizations. Assist the student staff with everything they need.
Assist with a range of tasks for the full-time employees.

GRADUATE BUILDING SUPERVISOR

Learning and embracing the Spokane Indians approach to customer service and culture - providing the best possible experience to the visiting team and coaching staff while they are in Spokane.
Daily team laundry including uniforms, towels, and shoe cleaning. placing completed laundry in proper locations prior to team arrival for pre-game activities.
Stocking food and water in the clubhouse. Replacing any depleted items and removing expired, empty, and damaged products.
Dugout and bullpen setup. Stocking water coolers, cups, gum, towels, and other necessary items.
Cleaning and preparing the clubhouse for the day.

VISITING CLUBHOUSE INTERN

Ensure that all job assignments are completed during an event or shift, set-up venues, as per written orders and equipment requirements
Inspect completed work for conformance to standards
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedule
Ensure proper use of all chemicals by operations staff in accordance with MSDS.

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Coordinated gameday operations team at all the Jackrabbit athletic facilities and special events.
Managed SJAC (Sanford Jackrabbit Athletics Complex) for assigned events.
Event set-up and tear down for athletic events such as Football, Wrestling, Basketball, Soccer, Track and Field, Baseball.
Train new student employees.
Monitored sanitary aspects of athletic facilities during the events.
Assist with the snow removal process and parking services.

ATHLETICS EVENT STAFF

·Pool/Park Maintenance
·Pool maintenance
·Regular Park and Trail Maintenance duties (using hand-power tools and small motorized equipment)
·Monitored Litter and Garbage in the park area
·Prep the pool every morning, test chlorine & ph, change filter baskets, add chemicals to the pool as required.
·Change filter baskets in the motor pits.
·Miscellaneous maintenance duties.
·Backwash the filter tanks twice a week.

PARK MAINTENANCE WORKER

·Assisted fellow coworkers and supervisors with regular maintenance tasks in and around all the Jackrabbit athletic facilities.

·Assisted with the snow removal process.

ATHLETICS GROUNDS CREW

Assisting coworkers with routine upkeep of the Equestrian facility.
Meals were prepared for the horses based on their dietary needs.
Cleaning the stables depending on whether the horses will stay inside or outside in the pastures.
Examining horse drinking water.
Responsible for all elements of the horses' hygiene.
