After relocating states for employment, in 2022 I was presented with an opportunity that would allow both my husband and myself more time with our young family while also consolidating our multi-state construction company into one home location. This opportunity provided me an open framework in which to spend time with my family developing core memories; expand my leadership focus with self-paced instruction on topics including developing content for today’s audiences, motivating young leaders, and women’s leadership; and creating new leadership opportunities for myself by sponsoring and captaining my own adults sport team. Additionally, I put strong emphasis on my pharmacy continuing education. During this period I completed over 30 hours of continuing education with a focus on Covid 19 and public health. I have spent this gift of time with a clear focus in mind: be the leader this generation needs,  return to Healthcare with the knowledge and understanding to support today’s frontline workers, and deliver strong results in today’s people first environment.
