Hello! I'm a Master’s student in Information, UX track, at the University of Michigan, specializing in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. My passion lies in crafting user-friendly digital experiences. I believe in the power of design to solve problems and improve everyday interactions with technology.

   Outside of UX, I like to be on the basketball court and staying active with regular gym routines. My interest in videography also keep me creative and engaged. I look forward to bringing my UX skills and collaborative spirit to Tractor Supply as an intern.

As a UX Researcher at Capgemini, I was part of a collaborative team that conducted UX research to develop a user-centric wealth management mobile application. My role involved engaging with users to gather insights, creating personas, and mapping user stories to inform design decisions. I also contributed to the app's interface design and was instrumental in implementing a new financial news feature, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

As a UX Research Intern at SOCHI, I worked on a project for the Catholic Foundation of Michigan, I enhanced donor engagement by refining the application system through user feedback, which boosted annual donations significantly. I led the redesign of the Charitable Fund application system and streamlined the transition to digital forms, resulting in better data collection and fewer errors.

As a UX Research Intern at Yishan Golf Club in Wuhan, China, I conducted over 40 interviews to improve member and caddie relations, enhancing the overall service experience. My analysis of 150+ satisfaction surveys led to strategic recommendations that were pivotal in increasing member retention by 15%. I also refined the feedback process by designing and utilizing high-fidelity wireframes, which streamlined member interactions and service delivery.
