Provides Network support for SDWAN,Data and Voice (SIP services), Telephony, troubleshoot and configure Routers/Switches/Fortigate Fortinet Firewalls/Adtran Access Points/Wireless, Pots in a Box DataRemote, Fortinet Router/Switches.
Supports repair and build DID/SIP line registrations to Routers/DataRemote (Pots in a box) from Server/Broadsoft to Site End User for Cloud PBX and SIP/PRI trunks.

Network Engineer

Provides Network support and configure Routers/Switches (Brocade Series,Cisco, Juniper Series including SRX and Cisco Catalyst) with Choopa and Vultr clients on 15 Global Data Center Locations (BGP, OSPF, VPS/Instances, Cloud Hosting Network).
Configure Routers/Switches/ASA Firewall.
§ Provide technical troubleshooting from instance host interface configuration up to TOR and CORE to Internet Exchange.
§ Troubleshoot and configure missing configurations for the Management OOBM, IPMI, TACACS access and BGP protocols on Top of Rack Switch/Routers/Firewall.
§ Provides Troubleshooting for internal network (vxlan/evpn), Prefix announcements over BGP, troubleshooting BGP Anycast, Customer Voip Troubleshooting (Jitters/Packet loss) and BGP ECMP.
§ Assigning IP blocks and subnetting (IPV4 and IPv6) for customer network needs all over the 15 Global Supported Locations for Vultr making sure they have correct IRR object and authorized by the owner per WHOIS and un-filtering them for customer announcement on Vultr Internet.
§ Responsible for checking correct AS-Path for customer Prefix announcements to the upstream providers (ie NTT/GTT/Telia/Cogent/Comcast etc).
Configure LACP/BGP/Port rate limits for Customer bandwidth

Network Administrator

Provides technical support for residential Optimum networks, ex. Tiers 50Mbps, 60Mbps, 100Mbps channel bonded cable internet
§ Provide technical troubleshooting with DOCSIS2.0, DOCSIS 3.0 cable modems and Wireless Routers WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac technology.
§ Provide technical support on email clients, email servers, iMap, POP3 and STMP ports.
