*   Helped build out Roblox’s InfoSec Org from 11 to 60+ members 
*   Sourced and maintained robust pipeline for multiple niche, first of its kind ever at Roblox roles such as: TPM, Application Security, TPM, Detection + Response, Active Directory Engineer, Qualitative Risk Analyst, IAM Software Engineer, Identity Governance Engineer, Security Infrastructure Software Engineer, Vulnerability Management Engineer, SOC, and more
*   Maintained close relationships with Hiring Team and TA by hosting weekly Hiring Manager syncs and sourcing jams, and constantly driving communication almost daily to check in on status of candidates/roles
*   Focused heavily on DEI efforts with consistent representation within pipeline (maintained at least 50% diverse candidates in final stages) through DEI sourcing jams, sourcing strategies, boolean strings and overall personal awareness efforts
*   Became SME for all things TPM-related within Security at Roblox. Created and worked on “TPM Interview Revamp” alongside partner recruiter and TPM Leaders to improve interview process (questions, rubrics, leveling alignment). TPM Process had not been previously built out – worked on this to make path for normalized TPM Hiring at Roblox
