I represented Shurgard Self Storage for the role as assistant store manager.
  
I was required to carry out various responsibilities such as being accountable as a key holder position to open and close the facility. I also contacted customers daily regarding their account information or to schedule a tour as well as recovering debts from overdue rental payments either serving face to face personally or through email as well as phone communication.
  
I also had to input and archive sensitive data in the form of CRM databases and filed physically.
  
other duties during my time included maintaining cleanliness of the storage facility, performing maintenance checks such as water (legionella and scold tests), fire alarm and routine checks against the customer database.

Store Assistant Manager

As a retail sales assistant, my main duty was to assist customers in helping and encouraging them to purchase Machinery, hand tools or accessories.
  
As well as obtaining sales targets, I was also responsible for organising delivery stock as well maintaining the store's presentation through standards of cleanliness as well as arranging the merchandise for display.
  
Other responsibilities involved; Stock count checks, building stock, replenishing catalogues, collecting customer data as well as making sure customers recieve their collection orders.

Retail Sales Assistant

As a scheme assistant, my current job role involves assisting the scheme through various daily tasks.
  
My main responsibilities involves house keeping duties to maintain the appearance and overall standard of hygiene for the scheme. As well as this, I also partially work in the restaurant as a waitress and kitchen assistant. It is also required that I perform week to week stock checks as well as reporting any issues and concerns.
  
My duties in the kitchen & restaurant involved; waiting, taking orders, preparing desserts, serving food, laying tables and operating the till as well as handling the needs of all customers.

Scheme assistant

As a team member at Bright and Beautiful, my responsibilities involved House keeping kept to a premium standard when visiting client properties but also involved administration duties.
  
My other tasks were to receive incoming and direct outgoing calls to clients as well as redirecting emails, organise delivery stock, reporting complaints and booking quote visitations for the line manager.

Alongside arranging deliveries through incoming and outgoing calls, other duties involved; logging data such as rescheduling/cancelling deliveries, faulty equipment as well as complaints on various software: CRM, Qpulse, Excel & Outlook.

Patient service advisor

During my time at Betfred I had the role as both an assistant manager as well as retail sales assistant.
  
My role involved the following daily duties; Opening and closure of the shop, processing customers bets digitally, offering beverages, ordering and organising of stock, training staff, responding to emails (outlook), arranging visits from various departments, banking the shop funds, preparing the internal and external display for the appropriate marketing, and operating the till.
