Regulatory Monitoring Manager

**Key Responsibilities -** completing SOX testing in line with SOX Section 302 and 404 legislation and Group requirements.
  

**Key Achievements**:
·Led the planning and delivery of the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) testing programme (circa 150 tests per annum) for the Group Corporate Treasury (GCT) and Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) divisions.
  

·Implemented a new SOX testing approach to Hedge Accounting to sample test the most material hedge models across the year, resulting in a net reduction of circa 20 SOX controls and 40 SOX tests per annum.
  

·Delivered updated SOX documentation for 80 controls (including IT controls) as part of the project to refresh LBG Group’s SOX methodology to align with the latest PCAOB auditing standards.
  

·Provided training and mentoring to junior colleagues in the Team as part of the Finance Development leadership programme.

Group Finance Risk Manager

**Key Responsibilities** - producing key liquidity reporting returns (FSA 047/48 and LCR) for PRA Submission.
  

**Key Achievements**:
·Produced commentary and analysis on the key liquidity metrics used as part of the LBG Group’s ILAAP (Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process) document.
  

·Identified 0.7bn of misclassified Liquid Assets included within the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) as part of gap analysis to EBA regulations, resulting in an improvement to the LCR ratio by 0.7%.

**Key Responsibilities -** delivering complete and accurate liquidity reporting returns and metrics for submission to external regulators.

·Managed and led an offshore team to ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting.

Liquidity Reporting Manager

**Key Responsibilities** \- Producing FCA Regulatory Returns (FSA047/48, FSA053, FSA054, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR)) for RBS Group on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis
  

**Key Achievements**:
·Supported the development of the strategic solution for FCA Regulatory reporting using Axiom software, reducing the number of manual adjustments by 50% and saving an average of 3 hours per day in the production process.
  

·Identified circa £0.8bn of missing nostro balances from the daily FCA Regulatory Returns and worked with cross functional teams to build a data solution to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the balances.
