*   Manage Exit Surveys for the Department of Labor. By streamlining questions and utilizing best practices, increased the Exit Survey response rate from 39% in FY23 to 55% in FY24 Q1.

HR Specialist

\- Led initiative of partnering with Fort Worth ISD- TCC South Early College High School for PTech program

Administrative Services Coordinator

\-Serve as the Human Resources Coordinator (HRC), Workers Compensation (WC) liaison, Return-to-Work (RTW) liaison and Medical Records Custodian (MRC) for the Water Department, Plant Operations Division (approximately 230 employees)
\- Perform new employee orientation for Water Plant Operations Division
\- Facilitate and lead interviews in a way to ensure hiring best candidates
\- Create position reclassifications and new positions; perform benchmarking studies for new positions
\- Maintain personnel and medical record files for the Plant Operations Division
\- Provide guidance to management on appropriate disciplinary action
