• Performed 85 to 170 inbound and outbound calls per week. World Financial Group is a very large financial services company. I have worked at the offices of World Financial Group at the offices in New York (Wall Street), Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta and Chicago. This is a very large insurance and financial services company.
• We work with Unions and Companies providing a wide range of products and services.
• Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Funeral Financing, Mortgage Protection
• Working over the phone setting up meeting and planning strategies for clients and talking with clients over the phone was my job function.
• Nearly all or most of my work was dealing with clients and offices in different states and discussing the best plans for each client.I make each client feel special.
I helped clients make decisions that were good for them. I consulted with my clients to provide the best benefits for them.

• 90% of all work was inbound calls dealing with various bills. As an agent I was responsible for educating customers how to save money on the Atlanta bill and collecting payments either in person or over the phone.
• When new tenants moved into the rented house or property I had to do a contract explaining that all future utility payments including water, gas, electric and garbage pick up would be paid by the tenant and not the property owner.
• In Atlanta many homeowners who rent out a house will require the new house renters or tenants to take over the bills of the house. And the renter is responsible for the upkeep of the property. I loved working and living in Atlanta.
