I implemented programs and policies dedicated to improving the privacy stance of the company and our products.
- Wrote new policies, guidelines, playbooks, and trainings on topics like synthetic data usage, anonymization, PHI data storage
   Wrote Privacy Impact Assessment for the Center for Medicare & Medicaid audit; a requirement for Nuna obtaining a CMS Authority to Operate
   Created and ran monthly Privacy/Security training for new onboarding new employees
- Ran annual company-wide Trust Week, covering many privacy and security topics with >50% company attendance
- Owned Nuna’s first Vulnerability Management program to ensure all systems were patched in a timely fashion and within SLA
- Revamped Incident Response program to ensure Incidents were categorized, remediations actually prioritized, and trends analyzed
- Ran privacy and security tabletop exercises

Privacy Technical Program Manager

As a privacy engineer, I enabled teams across Google to deliver world-class products that treat users with profound respect when it comes to controlling and understanding their data.

Engaged in privacy reviews and consultations with various teams including Google Photos and Google Assistant.
 - Reviewer for Google Assistant integration with Keep and 3P Notes/Lists providers.
 - Reviewer for Google Photos Developer API.
 - Impact: These launches were well received by the press with no privacy concerns.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders in legal, public policy, and product to better product privacy posture.

Educate colleagues on effective privacy practices by teaching Privacy Consulting Onboarding to new team members, and Introduction to Privacy Principles to product teams.
   - Impact: 604 attendees in 2020 with 94% favorable survey response

Senior Privacy Engineer

As a Program Manager on the Privacy team, I worked to increase the efficiency of the privacy review process. I also spent half my time functionally acting as a Privacy Engineer for Photos and Assistant. 
- Launched a new intake questionnaire used by every launching team at Google to ensure accountability with privacy reviews and minimize redundant documentation. Questionnaire also fulfilled a key GDPR requirement to identify launches which needed a Data Protection Impact Assessment.
- Ensured <x> launches per year for Google Assistant and Google Photos were all reviewed on schedule
- Created a program to train Photos team members to review low-privacy-impacting launches, freeing up the main privacy team to focus on strategic initiatives.
