installations, receiving and doing tickets employees submitted, technology support.

Other tasks include submitting invoices to customers who bought our products.

Technician: Repaired, replaced, and installed computer parts. Solved software issues, like virus scans and removals.

Technology Consultant: Installed upgrades on clients' computers. Offered technology advice to customers and helped them pick out which computer or peripherals are best for their needs.

Customer service: Answered people’s questions about their devices and gave walkthroughs if needed. Also did multiple tasks in one shift.

Interned at a local cell phone repair shop. Repaired broken iPhone parts and replaced them with new ones. Worked with customers by scheduling repair appointments and helping said customers with tech questions about their phones and tech support
