I utilized HubSpot to identify and nurture high-potential leads, supported the sales team through reporting and performance tracking, and led weekly meetings to drive motivation and productivity. I also oversaw client marketing projects, from graphic design coordination to branded material production, and contributed to the development of training content for new certification programs. At Toby’s, I combined frontline sales with digital marketing by creating content for TikTok and Instagram to promote products and drive engagement. I managed editing, captioning, and posting schedules, designed product displays for both in-store presentation and social media, and contributed to custom order fulfillment and inventory support. My efforts helped elevate the brand’s online presence while supporting sales in a competitive, commission-based environment.
