Hello! I'm Meaghan. I've worked in functional medicine for a few years as a health coach with one of Goop's leading functional medicine doctors and NYT best-selling author.

I'm a New Yorker with a love for health and wellness! I believe you can change your life educating and motivating patients/clients about the many easy-to-reach lifestyle changes. (And lab work for the tricky patients).

I'm looking to make being healthy fun and engaging while also being results driven.

• Develop individual care plans based on in-depth health history and 
        diagnostic testing
 • Write material & create videos for course programs 
     • Support patients in making nutrition and lifestyle changes to 
        improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
     • Be an accountability partner, helping patients to create realistic 
        action steps and holding them to their goals
     • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as 
        appropriate
     • Provide virtual visits and email communication 
     • Read, Analyze and Review Diagnostic Testing with patients 
     • Use online record and patient portals to document patient goals
     • Aggregate information to create resources for patients based on 
        their needs
     • Keep up-to-date with current literature and continuously 
        expanding my knowledge 
     • Train incoming health coaches

Functional Medicine Health Coach

• Designing and Developing Health Education for Corporate and Private Industry
• Reviewing medical/health history, lifestyle habits, and current 
        health status, to identify areas of focus and develop targeted 
        action plans Partner with clients to develop individual care plans 
        based on evaluations, tests, and/or assessments 
     • Support clients in making nutrition and lifestyle changes to 
        improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
     • Work as an accountability partner, helping patients to create
