Highline College

Support Film's broader Talent Management team with the execution of company-wide and
UFEG-specific learning events, workforce planning, and additional efforts to develop individuals
and teams.
● Support the implementation of DEI education, workshops, and training for employees and
executives on content including bias, inclusive leadership, micro and macro behaviors, etc.
● Booked and maintain a diverse portfolio of coaches, consultants, facilitators and external
partners to enhance and amplify existing DEI initiatives with targeted expertise, as appropriate.

Executive Onboarding Specialist

· Define and document screening requirements for customer accounts.
· Design a set of processes for each screening workflow, inclusive of intake/requests, and fulfillment.
· Initiate background checks with vendors and ensure checks are fulfilled within SLA.
· Adjudicate background checks, particularly in complex scenarios requiring high judgement. This includes research and documentation in alignment with regulatory guidance.

Human Resources Specialist

Gain and maintained a thorough understanding of the Disability and Leave teams.
● Including: policies, plans, processes, standard work, systems, training and education materials,
and practices.
● Managed the entire lifecycle of multi-stakeholder, complex escalated cases, from intake to
resolution and reporting.
● Managed a caseload of escalation investigations to meet various SLAs depending on the type of
escalation, including termination reviews, non-executive escalations and executive escalations
● Scheduled regular meetings with internal DLS domains to research the events leading up to the
escalation, capture the sequential flow of events, identify the root cause(s) of the issue(s),
define corrective action for each of the root causes, and write a holistic summary.
● Coordinated with other members of Escalations, DLS domains and the DLS Quality team to
provide outputs, results and trends to ensure visibility of identified defects.
● Resolved product receiving issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Inventory
Health Tech and Product, PQ, TRMS, and Legal to increase accuracy of inventories and product
details.
● Removed fraudulent inventories and manually processed seller discipline.
● Met and exceeded SLA with timely, accurate, and operational support services.
