My name is Mark Dintaman and I am based in the vibrant city of Tampa, FL who has a bit of experience in recruiting. 

My extensive background in recruiting has allowed me to identify talent for rightful positions and building strong relationships with both candidates and clients/managers. For my experience in recruiting, I have recruited and successfully placed candidates in various roles such as Security Officers for different clients, General Labor, Administrative, etc.

In my current role, I specialize in sourcing and attracting top candidates for Security Officer roles for different clients. I also will do Full-Cycle Recruiting for some of my positions within my books of business. Once a month I also teach a class to managers within my office about the use of the Applicant Tracking System. My understanding of the recruiting landscape, coupled with my strong communication have enabled me to consistently meet expectations.

I take great pride in my ability to build trust and rapport with both candidates and clients/managers. I am always striving to wanting to learn new things and grow.
