Optimized workflow to generate personalized recommendations to 500k advertisers in the entire US
marketplace resulting in 27% increase of our recommendation adoption rate using AWS SageMaker
• Enabled self-generation of calculation dates along with model saving techniques across multiple region AWS
accounts thereby automating the workflow for the entire US Marketplace
• Implemented a comprehensive plan using SageMaker to ensure the incoming scoring data from ETL Datanet
which were queried using SQL has the necessary scaling parameters by incorporating additional parameters
in the dataset, closing 14 pending issues across 3 different marketplaces impacting 770k advertisers
• Developed an end-to-end machine learning pipeline using NumPy and PyTorch to train, clean and score the
input data for 500k advertisers, resulting in a 65% improvement in the model’s score quality
• Devised autonomous workflow to scale the personalized scoring feature for region specific marketplaces
using Lambda which resulted in saving 32 hours of manual work on weekly basis for the BIE’s
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams for resolving high severity issues on Amazon DSP using RESTful
