I was responsible for helping the cook prepare meals for the inpatient patients and the nursing home residents. I helps make residents meal trays and set up and tear down dining halls. I also would wash dishes in dish room

Dietary Assistant

I helped catch horses from the pastures and get them prepared for riders. I horse handled for riders safety. I helped planned activities for riders with disabilities and assisted with the activities.

Therapeutic rider assistant

I worked in a dementia Alzheimer unit. I helped patients get ready for the day by assisting with bathing and dressing. I helped feed residents and I helped with planning activities for the day and assisted with them. I helped residents with getting ready for bed also

I helped people with physical and intellectual disabilities with their daily lives. I helped with bathing and personal hygiene. I helped with their meals. I took them out in the community and assisted them with shopping and other activities with in the community. I also was responsible for passing out medications and doing tube feedings.

Direct Support Professional

I am responsible for watching cardiac monitor and oxygen monitor. I will contact nurses, doctors, and other hospitals when needed. I also assist with consent forms for patients if they are transferring to a different facility or if they are going to have a procedure done. I arrange medical transportation for patients. I am the icu/pediatric/med surg floor receptionist. I also do nursing assistant duties when needed. I will assist patients to the bathroom and get vitals. I also assist with codes.
