University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (studies suspended because of pandemic). I was part of the program’s first year. The LIFE, Learning Is For Everyone, program is for students like me with either cognitive or developmental delays or learning disabilities.

Earned necessary certificates to be employed by early childhood centers in Wisconsin.

Madison Area Technical College

·       Full-time position at dementia center with 30-40 patients. 
·       Helped plan and carry out daily activities including Bingo, art projects, cooking class and Karaoke. 
·       Half of weekly shifts spent in laundry, washing, drying, folding, and returning clothes to residents’ rooms.
·       Assisted with breakfast and lunch services by setting table, making drinks, and bringing trays to residents.

Activities Assistant

·       Worked full-service checkout aisles and assisted guests at self-checkout.
·       Filled online orders for the store’s Aisles Online program.

Cashier

·       Worked full-service checkout aisles and assisted guests at self-checkout.
·       Restocked products in the checkout lines and in the $1 section at front of store.
·       Signed up guests for “Red Cards.”

·       Worked weekend shifts cleaning dishes.
·       End-of-shift duties included: sweeping and mopping back-kitchen floors, stacking cleaned dishes in the kitchen and restocking silverware containers.
