Responsible for commercializing Value Added Services for the USA. Monitoring budget versus actual performance for USA and at sales region level. Develop local products that would add value to our clients’ supply chain. Meeting with clients to discuss Value Added Services and generate additional sales/revenue. Manage VAS Product Manager and VAS analyst.

Monitor execution and accuracy of Value Added Services for USA. Support sales teams in selling VAS to clients.

VAS Product Manager

Monitor VAS bookings and ensure they are made and rated correctly and able to be executed. Support Product Manager in producing data as needed in order to generate leads or find discrepancies.

VAS Analyst

Work with Operations and Trade to ensure export vessels were hitting 100 fill factor while maintaining appropriate balance of full and empty containers. Understand trade lanes to note if bookings were made on most optimal service and if not take action to shift cargo.

Cargo Flow Analyst

Provide dedicated customer service to specific accounts. Work with commercial team to ensure client has satisfactory service. Monitor bookings, dwell, aging.
