* Verify that the borrower information the Loan officer input is accurate. Reviewing all data provided in terms of pay stubs, W-2’s, tax returns, returns personal 1040’s and business returns 1120, 1120s, 1065’s using the 1084 form and other various forms of income documentation to determine adequacy and consistency of income.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, state and federal laws and disclosure requirements; make recommendations or direct decisions on credit; knowledge of FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae’s DU and Freddie Mac’s LP, secondary market investors, condominium project loans, including complex self-employed tax returns.
* Maintained current, relevant knowledge of purchase contracts, industry trends, development opportunities and mortgage training programs (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac). 
* Using independent judgment to identify risks and mitigants, prepare offerings and/or scorecards, such as risk ratings, by analyzing credit, collateral strength, and financial worthiness of app
